Report a problem
Last updated October 4, 2026
Did you see something on this site that looks wrong? Please tell us. Your report helps other people get the right answer.
How to report it
Email [email protected]. It helps if you include:
- your ZIP code or county,
- the plan name and plan ID (it looks like H1234-567-0 or S1234-567-0, and is on your plan card or plan letters),
- what you saw on this site, and
- what your plan's Annual Notice of Change or other letter says.
Please don't send your Medicare number, Social Security number, or details about your health. We don't need them, and we don't want to keep them.
What happens next
- We check your report against the CMS files our answers come from.
- If we find a mistake in how we handled or showed the data, we fix it. We never change CMS data by hand. If the problem is in CMS's own file, we tell you so.
- We note the fix, with the date, on our list of changes.
We aim to reply within 5 business days. We use your email only to look into the problem and reply. See our privacy page for how long we keep emails.
Need help with your own coverage?
We can't help with your coverage or enroll you in a plan. If your coverage may be at risk, don't wait for us:
