Is My Plan Ending?

About this site

Last updated October 4, 2026

Our mission

To make it simple to find out whether your Medicare Advantage or Part D plan is still offered where you live next year, and what's offered instead: using public data, in plain language, for free.

Who we are

Is My Plan Ending? is an independent, non-commercial website. We are not an insurer, an insurance agent or broker, or a government agency, and we don't sell anything.

Why it exists

Every fall, some Medicare Advantage and Part D (drug) plans end, or stop being offered in some counties. Plans send letters to their members, but it can be hard to see the whole picture for your county. This site puts it in one place. Enter your ZIP code, pick your plan, and see whether it is offered in your county next year and what other plans are offered there.

What it does, and what it doesn't

How we're funded

We aren't. No ads, no insurer money, no referral fees.

The site is free. It has no ads and no affiliate links. No insurer, agent, broker or government agency pays us, and we don't sell leads or data. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.

We are independent

This site is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any insurance company. We don't sell insurance, and we don't work with insurance agents or brokers.

Where the data comes from

The plan data comes from public files published by CMS, the federal agency that runs Medicare. ZIP code and county data come from HUD and the U.S. Census Bureau. Every page shows which CMS file it uses and when that file was published. Read how we work out each answer.
